1. Who We Are

Ferrous & Bone and Ferrousandbone.com (formerly  Artscribe.uk ) is a site operated by the partnership of Reginald Allan and Emma Allan with legal status, Art Scribe. We are registered in the United Kingdom under Art Scribe 20195 52525 and with our
registered office at : 33 High Street, North Tawton, Devon. EX20 2HG.

2. Right to cancel

All customers have the right to cancel their orders under the The Distance Selling Regulations which gives consumers extra protection when buying online.

You have the right to cancel the purchase of goods without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.

If you are in possession of the goods, you are under the duty to take reasonable care of them and not discard them. You must send the goods back to us as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of you receiving the goods, in the same condition as
when you received them.

3. Return of goods sold

Return the goods to our contact address (as stated above) at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have canceled the contract and in any event within 30 days of you receiving the goods. We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract / sale, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you through the same method of payment as you purchased the goods. Refunds will be made as soon as possible after notice. If goods have already been dispatched to you we will make the refund as soon as possible after we receive the returned goods and in any event within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.

In returning the goods it will be sufficient to prove the parcel was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post. We recommend requesting a ‘Certificate of Posting’ from your post office and if possible taking a photo of the packaged and stamped item before posting.

We reserve the right to make a deduction from the sum paid if unreasonable damage has been caused. However if damage has occurred during the shipping we will take this into account. If damage to your received goods has occurred during the shipping to you, we ask that you take photos and send to us via email to evidence the damage.
